Baked Pesto Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 500g chicken breasts (approx 4 x chicken breast)
 - 3 tbsp. pesto sauce (Woolies or Coles)
 - 85g mozzarella cheese
 - sliced tomato
 - Optional Serve with salad mix
 
METHOD
- Butterfly, bash or slice the chicken breasts so they are quite thin and in 4 serves.
 - Cook on a nonstick fry pan until cooked through or in the oven on a lined baking tray (200 Degrees, 16-20 mins)
 - Once cooked, transfer to a baking tray if you cooked them in a pan and top with the pesto, sliced tomato then cheese.
 - Oven bake or grill for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden.
 - Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
