Ingredients
1/4 cup reduced fat plain cottage cheese
1 large wholemeal rice cakes
1/2 tomatoes
1/4 large avocado
pepper
OPTION: add 200g smoked salmon or 1 small tin tuna
Method
1. Spread cottage cheese over rice cakes
2. Add avocado and tomato
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
