How to get creative with your favourite Man Shake products this Winter

As the winter months start to kick in, and the temperature cools down it can often be hard to turn to a cold beverage or snack, especially in the morning. That’s why we’ve pulled together our top Man Shake winter hacks you can use to shake up your routine on chilly days.

Hack 1: Man Shake Hot Chocolate 

A winter staple for Man Shakers everywhere! We’ve put together two ways you can make this drink dependent on your flavour of choice -  
  1. Choc Explosion Hot Chocolate - Add two scoops of Chocolate Man Shake to your shaker, add 500ml of water or milk of your choice. Shake cold, and once at the consistency preferred, pour into a microwave safe mug! Heat for 30 seconds, take out and stir, and heat for another 30 seconds and stir again. Heat again if necessary and enjoy!  
  2. ‘Milk Choc’ Hot Chocolate – Add one scoop of Vanilla Man Shake, one scoop of Chocolate Man Shake, and one scoop of Choc Super Greens in your shaker, add 500ml of water or milk of your choice. Shake cold, and once at the consistency preferred, pour into a microwave safe mug! Heat for 30 seconds, take out and stir, and heat for another 30 seconds and stir again. Drink up, this one is our favourite for a protein-boosted drink!  
Hack 2: Man Bar Brownies 

There’s nothing better than a warm and delicious chocolate brownie on a cold wintery night. But instead of reaching for a regular brownie which can be high in calorie & sugars, instead opt for the Man Bar brownie hack instead.

Try grabbing our Chunky Chocolate Man Bar, chop it into bite sized pieces, pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute (or longer if you prefer a gooey consistency!) and voilà - you’ve got yourself a warm brownie. If you’re a brownie and ice cream kind of man, we recommend adding your Chunky Chocolate Man Bar brownie into a bowl with a scoop of probiotic yoghurt.  

 

Hack 3 – Vanilla Man Shake Chai Latte 

A toasty, cinnamon packed chai latte is a sure winter warmer, but have you tried our Vanilla Man Shake version? Give this a go for a protein packed and low sugar version. *For this recipe you will need sugar free chai powder, and optionally milk of your choice to shake with.  
  1. Add two scoops of Vanilla Man Shake to a shaker, along with 500ml of the milk or liquid of your choice. Add two teaspoons of sugar free chai powder. Shake – hard. 
  2. After shaking to your preferred consistency, transfer into a microwave safe mug, and microwave for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.  
  3. After heating, sprinkle chai powder on top of your shake/latte. 
  4. Enjoy.
