Don't be fooled - commercial banana bread is actually cake. It's packed full of the deadly double. This is the real deal, with a fraction of the sugar and fat but the same great taste, and no need to turn the oven on.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 multigrain or wholemeal English muffin
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 small banana, sliced
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Toast the muffin until golden.
  2. Spread with the cottage cheese, top with banana slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
