1/2 cup of oats (single serve sachet also works) 1.5 cups of boiling water 2 scoops of The Man Shake (Adam's favourite is banana!)

Method

1. Place oats in a bowl and pour boiling water on top
2. Stir until oats soften
3. Add The Man Shake Powder and stir to combine
