I never thought I was that big. Like, I always knew I could lose a few kilos but I never did anything about it because I loved the beers and anything with meat in it. The picture below is of me from October. I hadn’t seen the photo until recently, but we’ll get back to that.
As I said, I felt comfortable and would laugh at anyone watching their weight as I knew I could drink whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and as much as I wanted.
I separated with my wife recently and had to live through some rough times so I couldn’t afford the meat and beer all the time. I noticed I dropped a little bit of weight there so I thought sweet, that was easy.
I thought I could keep that momentum going and drop some more weight off this 120kg useless human. So that’s what I did.
I got myself The Man Shake after reading the testimonials and doing some research, I figured all the guys on here couldn’t be paid actors so I gave it a crack.
I’m glad I spent the time looking because honestly, it looked like the best one on the market. Rather than just a big company yelling at me to burn kilos, it looked like more of a community of guys in the same boat.
I started on The Man Shake and the weight just dropped off me. It felt like a turning point in my life, and man was it the best feeling losing most of my gut flap. My confidence rose to an all-time high and I felt like I was flying having already lost 12kg. I decided to take it to the next level.
I cut out all the beers because, firstly, I had a drinking problem for the last 10 years and, secondly, it was only making me fat for no reason. I started going for walks after work, which led to jogs, and then to pumping weights at the gym.
My goal at the start of this was to hit 95kg by Christmas down from 120kg. Come Christmas time, I hit 94kg.
I couldn’t have done this without The Man Shake. My clothes don’t fit me anymore and I need to go shopping for more.
I’m now doing a 6-week challenge and about to hit 30kg of weight lost since October. I’m blown away with how good I feel.
