Patrick lost 90kgs thanks to the Man Shake

Hi, my name is Patrick and I lost 90kgs thanks to the Man Shake. I started a weight loss journey 6 and a half months ago at a whopping 245kg. Now I'm at 155kg.
I was always a big boy my whole life, but last year it was getting the better of me starting with sore feet, sore kidneys, hypertension, and bad sleep apnea.
I woke up one day and said I no longer want to be like this or feel like this. With self-dedication, motivation The Man Shake, healthy diet and being active. I've knocked off 90kg in 6 and half months and I'm feeling healthy and fit and all my symptoms are gone.
My Motivation
My motivation is wanting to be fit and healthy. I want to prove to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to.
I was sick of waking up sore and feeling yucky, having terrible sleep apnea. I now have no problems at all with any medical side of things after using The Man Shake along with a good diet and exercise.
I had to believe in myself, get out there and just do it. If I can do it, anyone can.
Treat your food how you treat your money don't blow it and make every cent count.
My Routine
- 4pm-8am fasting
- The Man Shake for breakfast (Banana is my go-to flavour)
- The Man Shake for lunch with YoPro Yoghurt with 30 grams of mixed nuts and 100 grams of mixed berries
- Dinner always includes some form of beef or chicken breast mixed with stir fry veggies
- Walking 5000-10000 steps at least 5 times a week and 3 days of weight training
Although I have had plenty of rest/cheat days, I always stay within 1200-1600 calories per day.
After using The Man Shake for 6 months, I feel very satisfied and energised. It gives me a sense of clear mind and puts me at ease knowing that I am in safe hands with The Man Shake.
