Mark lost a huge 59kg and is a new man!

My name is Mark and I'm 38 yrs old from Adelaide.
I have always been a big guy, but after I quit smoking in Feburary 2019 I began eating alot more sweets, alot more of everything. My biggest weakness was drinking Farmers Union Iced Coffee, there were some days I would drink up to 2 litres.
At the start of this year I was waking up tired as I was waking during the night due to snoring. Along with feeling uncomfortable with my clothes not fitting, a few people made some comments about my weight. I got to a point where I was feeling down and knew that I was the only person who could do something about my weight.
I remember going shopping early Feburary this year to buy a new shirt, I tried on the size I thought I was, only to find out I was actually 2 sizes larger. I didn't want that for myself, I wanted to be able to go shopping and just grab a piece of clothing and know it would fit.
There's a number of reasons for wanting to be healthy and lose weight, number one, I wanted to be able to live a longer life. If I had continued going to the way I was I knew my health would start to deteriorate. I also have a wife and 15-year-old son, I wanted to set a good example for him.
I didn't want to look back on my life and think I hadn't done everything I could possibly do to be around for the ones I love.
I found the Man Shake while looking up options for weight loss on the Internet.
To date, I've lost 59kgs since the start of March 2020. My start weight was 139kgs.
I first tried cutting back on my food intake, I also went to my Dr asking for help. He put me on Duromine, it made me less hungry and gave me spurts of energy, but it didn't feel right. I sat back and thought this isn't the right way, I wanted a long term solution.
Biggest difference is I'm happier, I'm happy to be able to wake each and every morning feeling rested and ready for the day. I'm proud that I have accomplished what I have.
My midset is completly different.
Biggest roadblock was lack of motivation, I had to train myself to realise it's ok to slip up sometimes. It's ok to not be perfect and just to take it one day at a time, one week at a time.
The Man Shake fit into my life easier than I could've imagined. It honestly hasn't been hard. I get everything ready at night to take to work with me the next day. I make sure I have my 2 Shakes, a Man Bar and 2 litres of water in my work bag.
I would recommend the Man Shakes because I know first hand that they work. As people have noticed the difference in my weight, they ask what it is I have done. I literally tell anyone that asks what I do and how I have achieved it.
From doing so my Wife has started on the Lady Shakes, as has my Mum. Also, several blokes from work have purchased the Man Shakes.
Honestly, I can't see a time right now where I won't be on the Man Shakes. It's part of who I am now.
Quite simply I would say 'you can do it'. Take it one day at a time, the feeling you get when you first see changes is seriously life-changing.
